Becoming a PA State Trooper?

I am in the middle of my junior year and i am currently thinking about the cles i am going to take next year. I really want to become a PA State Trooper. In addition to my four main cles (English, math, History, and science) what other courses should i take? i was thinking of taking Socialogy, would that help me gaining the education to become a trooper? After i graduate i was thinking of going to a community college and getting an ocates degree in criminal justice. What would i have to do after i obtain my degree to become a state trooper? Also is that the correct path in becoming a trooper?

How do I rid my body of toxins?

Drink at least 60 oz of water daily and exercise at least 30 minutes a day, causing you to prespire. This is a really good way to flush your system of toxins. Eat a high-protien lower fat diet, but also try to eat whole foods and grains in your breads, crackers and cereal. Try to avoid refined sugars and white flour-based foods. Fresh is better, but frozen is even better because it catches the food at it's peak. Three times a week you should do weight training for strength. Eat healthy fats like olive oil and canola and er but always in moderation. STay away from hydrogenated fats. Read food labels and stay away as much as you can from McDonalds and places like that.

PSAT scores... Help, please?

I'm a junior, and I got a 187 on my PSAT/NMSQT, and I wanted to know how it can help me. My projected SAT score is 1870, right? So, how can this help me out? What do I need to do for the National Merit Scholarship? What should I do? My scores were 65 in Critical Reading, 57 in Math, and a 65 in Writing Skills.
