I ped a polygraph and I am in this custody battle?

I just recently took my polygraph and ped it with my ex wifes false allegations about me and my son. It was my sons therapist who falsely accused me. It was a very specific polygraph and history report now will the guardian ad litem give my my son back unsupervised. Will this help me
