I'm having a hard time changing my thought process? Need to rewire my thinking to my advantage?
As someone who works out religiously, I can tell you that it gets better. After a few weeks of working out ( or even less), you will not be very sore the day after your workout. When you do workout, your body releases endorphins, which promote healthy and positive brain function. This may be why after a good workout, I feel myself smiling for no reason. Also, animal protein isn't so bad for you. The proteins from animals are much more effective at muscle-building( which helps burn fat!) than soy proteins.
