My boss is verbally abusive, what should I do?

I have been at my current employment for 6 months. It is a Husband Wife run company. In the last two months the wife has started to yell at me (always in front of all the other employee's) mostly for things I did not do wrong, or I have been doing it the same way for all my employment and suddenly it is the wrong way. The husband is ist and racist. Constantly yells at his wife and other employees. The majority of the employees are immigrants and know no different, After yelling at them he has often turned around sluring racial comments. He also always comments about women that walk past the establishment about how they would be a good screw etc. I am always uncomfortable when he dose this and often voice my disgust however I feel this is coming off as light hearted approval. I am only on a near minimum wadge. When I asked what my award was I was told told I did not have one, as none had been made for my role. I am wanting to resign when i get a new job and wish not to give notice. I have suggested the improper behavior of them both to other employees but they always reply 'they are not that bad'. It seams they don't see what the management is against the law.
