How do I rid my body of toxins?

Drink at least 60 oz of water daily and exercise at least 30 minutes a day, causing you to prespire. This is a really good way to flush your system of toxins. Eat a high-protien lower fat diet, but also try to eat whole foods and grains in your breads, crackers and cereal. Try to avoid refined sugars and white flour-based foods. Fresh is better, but frozen is even better because it catches the food at it's peak. Three times a week you should do weight training for strength. Eat healthy fats like olive oil and canola and er but always in moderation. STay away from hydrogenated fats. Read food labels and stay away as much as you can from McDonalds and places like that.
