Katy Perry to appear on "Saturday Night Live" season opener?

A while back I asked the question of when people though Katy Perry would host Saturday Night Live. All I got back was a bunch of stupid replies (from stupid people). Now we are vindicated because Katy Perry will be hosting the SNL opener. So there!
