When blocking doesn't help what do you do next?

I've been getting these e-mail asking me for my personal info like name age and so on. In the e-mails they are asking me for my hlp in trans money from the UK and Afria. I block over 30 of them this month but they keep finding a way to keep sending. How do i stop them for good?
