Air Force recruiter will not answer?

Maybe he is on leave or TDY. Wait a week and try back then. Recruiters like to enjoy their vacations too. It is less likely that he is ignoring you and more likely that he just simply isn't around this week/last week or whenever it is you are referring to. Have some patience.
