As a black man i wonder?

why america is look at as a racist country when mexico is racist against it non-mestizos spanish speaking population(mainly natives) and it blacks are ignored or india with it caste system or brazil which is half black but highly ignored or black being killed in colombia or racism in all of latin america and carribeans and africa where its more ethnic but hurts the same or in asia or middle east where its more ethnic but cuts just as deep or in guatemala where native were killed by ladinos. i think america is less racist then other country
