Help! Malware Defense virus has totally screwed up my computer?

sounds as you may as well reload back to factory level,it should be somewhere on your system that will tell you how.NO PROGRAM IS going to fix it/////at least your system would be clean,then after you install the windows updates,you need to install a good antivirus and spyware,i highly suggest the norton 360,it does it all,antivirus,spyware,even tunes up your system,then AFTER you have installed a anti program, then you can finish the rest of your stuff you have to do,YES YOU WILL LOSE ALL,BUT AT LEAST YOUR SYSTEM WILL BE CLEAN TO START OVER////
