How can i get over an embaressment?

today in show i was in cl and we were watching a show and i had this fart feeling and i tried holding it in but i just went my frends and that heard it even boys heard it my friends started laughin and went and told the boy that i likes i farted he now thinks im disguting but it wasnt my fault i keep saying that but the think im disguting and that where ever i walk everyonre looks at me and says uhh look at her the farting girl what can i say or do to make it stop? PLEASE HELP!
