What Rifle's Best for Me?

hi im 14 and my dad is letting me choose my own gun which will go in his gunsafe and that. I was thinking about a .22 but that isnt powerful enough to kill deer and kangaroos which is what i want to kill. I now think im going to get a winchester.243 or winchester .270 or remington 25-06. i also DONT want a heavy rifle, i would like it to be pretty light and dont want it to have a bad kick ethier could you please help me out by telling which is the best rifle for killing deer and is light with not much kick. Thank you
