I live in philadelphia and the swine flu has been out-breaking all over?

I got my flu vaccine but not the swine flu. my boyfriend is really sick with flu-like symptoms and im really scared to get swine flu. im 11wks3d pregnant... Will the flu vaccine work if it is swine flu he has? or not? Im pretty sure he doesnt have it but thats just because ive been reading it but its still a possibility and makes me very nervous :/ what do you guys think?
