Lung Biopsy Damage Question?

Alright, my Uncle got a lung biopsy about a week ago. Now his back ( ribs ) are hurting a lot. And we were wondering could have the doctors damage something while the procedure. He lives in Czech Republic and the doctors there won't even tell you they did something wrong.
